A decade of tides, cold fronts and shifting wind on the Pamlico River, Pamlico Sound, and Neuse River — fished year-round, not just in season.
Captain Chandler grew up fishing the waters of Eastern North Carolina — a seasoned expert with a passion for teaching and sharing the art of angling. With years of experience and a friendly demeanor, he is dedicated to making sure every trip is action-packed and enjoyable.
Trips run instructional by default: how to read the water, work a bait, and set up on fish the next time you're out here on your own. Families and first-timers are welcome, always. No attitude, no rushing, no pretending it's easy when the bite is tough.
Our top-of-the-line fishing vessel is meticulously maintained for safety, reliability, and a comfortable, productive day on the water. It fishes 3 to 4 people and comes ready for serious inshore action.

Born and raised around Eastern North Carolina water, Chandler runs Champs Coastal Charters out of the Pamlico River, Pamlico Sound, and Neuse River. He'd rather teach you something than just hand you a bent rod — though he's happy to do both.
